This 48” diameter table is made from a single slab of Bastogne Walnut that has been dyed to mimic the sunburst guitar finishes that gained popularity in the 1960’s. In addition to one of the most striking tops I have ever made, it has been fitted onto a one-off solid walnut spider base. The height is a standard 30”. This table will comfortably seat 4-6 adults. Depending on size and elbow room requirements.

This is a Blacktail original creation, over 1000 sq ft (100 square meters) of denim fabric infused with epoxy, and layered in such a way that a damascus pattern has been exposed on the top. And despite what is looks like, the top is as smooth as glass and many times stronger than wood.

TotalBoat's deep pour epoxy kit lets you apply deeper single layers than any other epoxy kits. This clear casting resin is ideal for deep casting and molding applications, river tables, sculptures, live edge tables, slab pours and more. Instead of the normal 1/8" to 1/4" per layer common to table top epoxy systems, deep pour epoxy allows layers of resin up to 3″ deep for casting applications, and up to 2″ deep for river tables and slab pours. Clear epoxy can be tinted with mica powder, alcohol inks, universal tints and pigment paste dispersions. Simple 2:1 mix ratio by volume. Cured surface is BPA-free & safer for surfaces that come into contact with food.
